Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards.
Check-out time is before 10 am.

Maximum number of occupants

The number of people who overnight in any of our accommodations may not exceed the maximum number of people as indicated on this website for the booked accommodation.

No Pets

We don’t allow pets of any kind in or outside of our accommodations.

Prohibited substances

Using or selling any illegal substance on our property is not permissible.

Right of expulsion

We reserve the right to expel a guest or guests from our accommodations if they conduct themselves inappropriately or unacceptably. We have the sole discretion as to what is considered inappropriate and/or unacceptable.

Right to decline

We reserve the right to decline accommodation to any guest who, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate for our accommodation or the comfort of other guests.

No liability

You are responsible for the safety and well-being of yourself and all who accompany you while at our accommodations. De Hoop Farm, its owners, and employees will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any death, injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by anyone, including children, while you are at our accommodations or on our farm.

You are responsible for the security of your belongings. We will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, cash, jewellery, and/or motor vehicles during your stay, regardless of the cause.

Tranquillity

Overall, staying here offers an environment of tranquillity. However, all our accommodation is located on a working farm, so you may occasionally hear farm vehicles and farmhands in the distance. 

Honouring booking

In the unlikely event that we are unable to honour a booking, we will offer the chosen accommodation on an alternative, agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled 6 weeks or more before the check-in date will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds for any booking cancelled less than 6 weeks before the check-in date.

By making a reservation for our accommodations, you acknowledge that you are in complete agreement with all our terms and conditions.
